Melbourne, Victoria

Melbourne Sand Belt

Often called the best golf city in the world. Royal Melbourne, Kingston Heath, Victoria, Metropolitan, and Commonwealth — five of the worlds top 100 courses, all within 30 minutes of each other, all built on the same sandy soil. Most are private but offer access through hotel partnerships and stay-and-play packages. Pair with Yarra Valley wineries, Great Ocean Road, and Melbournes best-in-the-world coffee scene.

Best time to visit: October – April (Australian summer)
